Serebrum Corporation, based in New Jersey, today announced that it was awarded a contract with the State of Maryland under its consulting and technical services (CATS) master contract for a period
of five years.

Additionally, Serebrum was selected as one of three vendors
nation-wide to provide services to the Vermont Department of Transportation (VTRans) under the Open Systems / Open Source category.

The IDIQ contracts supplement Serebrum's efforts to establish
itself as a leading consulting firm helping Government entities
transition their legacy systems and applications to modern
technologies / platforms such as J2EE / IBM WebSphere.
